Sean Ng

Sean is an Investment Analyst at Keyview, where he supports the analysis, structuring, execution and ongoing asset management of investments across the portfolio.

Sean brings over four years of experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory, with expertise spanning debt advisory, financial restructuring and private credit.

Prior to joining Keyview, Sean was an Associate in the Debt Advisory & M&A team at Alvarez & Marsal, where he advised on leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance and financial restructuring transactions. Previously, he worked in KPMG’s Deal Advisory team, contributing to complex corporate turnarounds and creditor-side restructuring engagements.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance, from the University of Melbourne.
