Jason Tanza

Jason is an Investment Director in the Keyview team, where he is responsible for investment origination, analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of transactions.

Jason has 9 years’ experience working across financial markets, private credit and special situations. Prior to joining Keyview, Jason was a Vice President in MA Moelis Australia’s Corporate Advisory division, providing financial advice to a broad range of corporate and sponsor clients in complex situations. Jason has broad experience in restructuring, M&A and private capital raising transactions across a range of industries including real estate, consumer, energy, infrastructure and healthcare.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Class I in Finance) from the University of Sydney.
