Alex Fontana

Alex is an Investment Associate in the Keyview team, where he is responsible for investment origination, analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of new and existing portfolio investments.

Alex has 9 years’ experience working across mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Keyview, Alex was an Associate Director at Rothschild & Co, where he spent almost 6 years as an investment banker, advising a broad range of corporate and financial sponsor clients. During his time at Rothschild & Co, Alex gained broad experience in M&A and private capital raising transactions, across a range of industries including business services, education, healthcare, technology and real estate. Prior to Rothschild & Co, Alex worked at EY in their Strategy & Transactions division, with a focus on valuations and business modelling.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science (Advanced Mathematics) from the University of Sydney. Alex has also passed all three levels of the CFA Program.
